Amy: I have the same issue. There's so much good information and also good chatter! If I'm researching (listening/mining) - I always use twitter and am always impressed with what I find. I love that people are so willing to share information with others!

For me Twitter goes in stages. I love it but sometimes don't have time for it. I never check Twitter on my computer only through my iPhone application. It's fast paced and to the point. If I'm looking for product information and am in a hurry I'll use Twitter. I once heard someone call it "twatter"- yikes!

Thanks for the break down. We are getting all of our property managers trained on how to use tweetdeck to follow industry professionals and how to listen for apartment chatter in their city. Great stuff.
Cheers!

Marketing Plan: At first glance, that may seem like a sad statistic, but there can be SO MUCH learned from following, listening, and mining! These are the 3 other groups mentioned in my article besides the active tweeters.
