Even its something small, practice ways you would articulate that in a "business" language. If you'd like, I'd be more than happy to spend 15 minutes with you next time I am at the Renovation Systems office and discuss your responsibilities, and how to articulate those things into business terms that your supervisors, employers, can identify with and appreciate!
