		<description>Aubrey: The first thing to do, is take a look at your responsibilities, and see where you have some financial control/responsibility. Even its something small, practice ways you would articulate that in a &quot;business&quot; language. If you&#039;d like, I&#039;d be more than happy to spend 15 minutes with you next time I am at the Renovation Systems office and discuss your responsibilities, and how to articulate those things into business terms that your supervisors, employers, can identify with and appreciate!</description>
